Brain Insights

Privacy

Last updated October 14, 2026. This page describes what Brain Insights (“we”) does with information when you use braininsights.ai.

What we collect

  • What you send through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation and message, and which kind of reader you said you are. We keep it so a person can reply.
  • A keyed hash of your network address when you submit the form, used only to limit abuse of the form. We do not store the address itself.
  • Nothing else. Reading the site sets no cookies of ours and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

What we use it for

To reply to you, and to keep the form working. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anything you did not write to us about.

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the site and Neon holds the database, both in the United States. We disclose information to others only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

Form submissions are kept until you ask us to delete them. To have what you sent deleted, or to get a copy, use the contact form.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so here. See also the terms.
