Last updated October 14, 2026. These terms cover braininsights.ai, its contact form and the files it offers for download, and they are between you and Brain Insights (“we”).

What this site is

braininsights.ai is a description of a company and its plan: an investor memo, a research page with a downloadable evaluation, a scaling study and a form for reaching us. It sells nothing and takes no payment. Statements about the future on it are plans and targets, labeled as such; the measurements on it are described with their methods and sources.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is investment, medical or legal advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell securities. The research results are published for scientific review and may be revised when we learn more.

The downloads and the text

The evaluation download on the research page (its protocol, outputs and scoring code) is provided as it is, for anyone to rescore, without warranty. The site's own text and drawings may be quoted with attribution. Figures credited to other authors carry their own licenses, named in their captions.

The contact form

What you send through the form reaches a person. Send only information you are entitled to share. We may decline to reply.

No warranty, limited liability

The site and its downloads are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site.
